All in the kitchen with Cyril Lignac on M6: here is the list of ingredients for the two Tuesday evening recipes.

After a good reception from viewers last Saturday, the Tous en cuisine program live with Cyril Lignac becomes daily this Tuesday at 6:45 pm on M6.

A provisional meeting during confinement, with a very simple concept: Live from his kitchen, the Chef prepares a menu consisting of 2 recipes for 4 people, simple and easy to make. Jérôme Anthony, from his kitchen in Nancy, tries to follow the chef’s good advice to the letter. Several families in different regions of France, also duplex and live, will try to follow the Chef’s instructions. Surprise guests will speak.

The ingredients for the recipes of Tuesday, March 24:

Mimosa egg toast:

  • 4 slices of country bread,
  • 6 fresh eggs,
  • 1 can of fresh cheese (Saint-Moret or Kiri type),
  • 1 can of tuna in oil,
  • 8 to 12 pickles,
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard,
  • half bunch of chives,
  • 25cl of olive oil.

Vegetable wok:

  • 2 carrots (100 g),
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 potatoes,
  • 1 broccoli or 1 cauliflower,
  • 1 sucrine or 1 salad,
  • 1 C. to s. soy sauce,
  • 1 C. to s. honey,
  • 1 C. to s. vinegar,
  • vegetable oil,
  • 150g quinoa (or rice or lentils or bulgur),
  • 2 whole eggs,
  • Crushed salted roasted peanuts (or hazelnut or almond or pistachio).
